Since its establishment, VistaChem has been dedicated to developing high-performance greases for harsh operating environments, striving to fulfill customers’ diverse application requirements. We not only offer standard lubrication products, but also customize professional lubrication solutions based on customers’ specific demands, including service life, wear resistance, abnormal noise suppression, sealing performance, and acid-alkali tolerance.

Our standard custom R&D process is as follows:

Customer Requirement Clarification: Conduct in-depth communication with customers to accurately identify and confirm their core demands in terms of lubrication performance, application scenarios and operating conditions.

Custom Formulation Design: Develop targeted grease formulations by leveraging our professional R&D capabilities and rich industry experience, fully aligned with customer requirements.

Laboratory Performance Validation: Perform multi-dimensional laboratory tests on the formulated grease to verify its key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service life, wear resistance and weatherability. If the performance fails to meet the requirements, the formulation will be revised and retested.

Prototype & Sample Fabrication: Produce grease samples that comply with technical specifications based on the optimized formulation.

Customer Validation & Acceptance: Deliver samples to customers for performance verification and confirmation. If any feedback is provided, we will adjust the relevant links and optimize the solution accordingly.

Project Finalization & Mass Production Readiness: Upon final confirmation by the customer, the custom R&D project is completed, and the solution is ready for mass production and delivery.
