Product Overview

VistaChem i900 Series Dry Film Lubricant is a high-performance dry film lubricant formulated with advanced technology. Based on perfluoropolyether (PFPE) oil and blended with premium solid lubricants, this product forms a uniform, stable, and non-flowing dry film on the substrate surface after the rapid evaporation of fluorinated solvents. It integrates excellent lubrication and anti-wear properties with comprehensive protective functions, fully meeting the core requirements of modern industry for clean, long-lasting, and eco-friendly lubrication. The series has been certified to both European REACH and RoHS standards, ensuring safety and reliability.

Features

Environment: Non-toxic, odorless, and non-irritating, fully compliant with environmental standards. It causes no harm to human health or the environment during application.

 Temperature : Different models cover a wide operating temperature range of -45℃~200℃, easily coping with extreme high and low-temperature working conditions and adapting to various application environments.

 Lubrication & Anti-wear : With a friction coefficient as low as 0.03 (for selected models), it delivers excellent lubricity and wear resistance, effectively reducing component friction loss, providing long-lasting noise reduction, and extending product service life.
