Features

VistaChem i804 high-temperature grease is formulated with refined synthetic oil, special lithium thickener and multi-functional additives (anti-wear & extreme pressure, anti-oxidation, anti-rust & anti-corrosion). Designed for wide-temperature conditions, it offers good adaptability to high/low temperatures, noise reduction, structural stability and wear resistance, meeting requirements for high wear resistance, low noise and long lubrication intervals.

It is compatible with plastic and metal gear materials, enabling lifetime lubrication or long-term maintenance. Based on the synergy of mineral/synthetic base oil and complex lithium/polyurea thickening system, it maintains stable lubrication performance in the temperature range of -50℃~200℃, with low starting torque. It forms a firm extreme pressure wear-resistant oil film and provides anti-rust & anti-corrosion protection, ensuring transmission reliability under extreme temperature differences.
